Danny is Director Of Experience & Design at GP Strategies and Co-founder of Venndorly .
The purpose of my work is to create strategic change through transformational design, I believe whatever the challenge is design has the answer.
I have constantly challenged the traditional mindset and approaches within the people, learning and culture functions and have led teams to do the same.
I have worked in various sectors on a wide range of projects, spanning different channels and platforms. I have great experience in leading people and business change with an approach that is:
•Human First
•Experience Focused
•Tech-Enabled
My areas of expertise
• Human-centred design methods such as Design thinking
• Service Design & Experience Design
• Nudging and behaviour change
• Employee Experience Design
• Customer and user journeys
• Leadership
I have led and developed various teams through global culture change using innovative approaches which are technology-enabled and data-driven. My inspiration comes from various other industries such as product/service and experience design to name a few, all with the intention to deliver on strategic business problems.
I thrive in environments where the business is ambitious and forward-thinking and on the progressive side of people, learning and culture.
I have had the opportunity to use these skills to partner and work with various names such as Microsoft, LinkedIn and Lego to challenge their thinking on best practice in the learning industry.
I also host my own successful podcast called Mindchimp where I talk to friends in my network and challenge the industry on the future of work.
